Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• First, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• In addition, products must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Please note that sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. Specifically, these include:

• Opened or used products

• Perishable goods

• Custom or personalized items

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days.
